Composition & Materials

Terreon® is a non-porous, densified surface solid surface material. It is made from a blend of acrylic modified polyester resin with UV stabilizer, alumina tri-hydrate and mineral fillers. Terreon is bound by a two-step catalyst that elevates the set-up temperature to 230º F. These factors make Terreon stronger than ordinary "all acrylic" solid surfaces.

Products
Bradley offers an array of Terreon® plumbing fixtures and accessories to meet your project needs. Eliminate the need for a fabricator. Unlike other solid surface manufacturers, Bradley products are molded and/or pre-fabricated at the factory, shipped directly to any jobsite worldwide and plumber installed. Once verified, Bradley recommends leaving the product stored in the original protective packaging until the time of installation when rough-ins and final fixture locations have been determined. Terreon® products can be installed in several ways. In most cases, appropriate backing and wall anchors withstanding 1000 pounds of pullout force are required. Complete installation instructions are available from your local Bradley Representative.

Terreon® is resistant to chemicals, stains, burns and impact. Surface damage can be easily repaired with everyday cleansers or fine grit abrasives. With regular cleaning, your Terreon fixture will provide years of dependable service.

Cleaning

  • Daily Cleaning: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and wipe dry.
  • Weekly Cleaning: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a household liquid detergent. Stubborn stains can be removed as follows:
  1. Using a #7448 Scotch-Brite™ pad, scrub with an abrasive cleanser such as Ajax®, Comet®, or Soft-Scrub® and water.
  2. Clean thoroughly with soapy water.
  3. Allow to dry.

  • Repair Kit: In the unlikely event your Terreon® surface becomes damaged, it can easily and inexpensively be repaired. Be sure to specify color when contacting your Bradley representative to place an order

* Use of brand names is intended to indicate a type of cleaner. This does not constitute an endorsement. Nor does the omission of any brand name cleaner imply its inadequacy. Many products named are regional in distribution, and can be found in local supermarkets, department and hardware stores or through your cleaning service.

** It is emphasized that all products should be used in strict accordance with package instructions.

Note:
Use of a mixing valve or tempered line is necessary for any application where dark colored solid surface bowls are being used in contact with water exceeding 110° F.
